Physical Products

• Eligibility: For physical products such as drink mixes, bottles, or related items, refunds or exchanges are available only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described.

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

• Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Return Shipping:

Soccer Sessions

• Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a rescheduled session or a partial refund at our discretion.

• No-Show Policy:

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
