Thank you for choosing Fitballer. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully.





Digital Products



All digital products, including PDFs, eBooks, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable due to their immediate delivery and non-returnable nature.


Technical Issues:

If you experience difficulties downloading or accessing a digital product, please contact us at info.fitballer@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate solution at our discretion.





Physical Products



Physical items, including drink mixes, bottles, and grip socks, may be eligible for a refund or exchange only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described.


Return Conditions:


  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
  • Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.



Return Shipping:


  • If the item is defective or the error is on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For other returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item and process your refund or exchange once it is received and inspected.






Soccer Training Sessions



We offer both 1-on-1 training and group training sessions.


Cancellation Policy:


  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be eligible for a reschedule or partial refund at our discretion.



No-Show Policy:


  • Failure to attend a session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.



Special Circumstances:


  • In emergencies or unforeseen situations, please contact info.fitballer@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will review each situation individually and may offer a refund, reschedule, or alternative arrangement.
